This beer was created as a collaboration project between the Head Brewer at the Damm Brewery and Ferran Adrià , the Head Chef of the famous Catalan restaurant El Bulli. Their goal was to brew a beer that could replace a bottle of wine. This beer is a hybrid between and ale and lager and falls somewhere between a Blonde Ale and a Witbier with a citrus and coriander aroma.
