This cuvee is born from a small parcel of Roussanne and Grenache Blanc. It's the only white wine produced in the Costières-de-Nîmes appellation by Château des Tourelles, owned by Hervé Durand, who also happens to be one of the founders of Quebec's very own L'Orpailleur estate.
