With two vintages under their belt at Château Bézé, one can't help but notice the gigantic leap the wines took under the guidance of Yves and Arnaud Lambert (Domaine St-Just). The estate's 25 hectares, undergoing an organic conversion, are planted with Loire Chenin for whites and Cabernet Franc for reds.
