The Rolly-Gassman possess a strong experience and solid savoir-faire, having been the owners and growers at Rorschwihr since 1611. Today the vineyard stretches over 52 hectares and is made up of 21 types of subsoil. The Moenchreben terroir, where this wine is born, is perfectly suited to the Pinot Auxerrois that makes up this cuvee. It presents a lovely aromatic profile of tropical fruit, honey and flowers, with a hint of minerality.
