Dominique Cornin Beaujolais Blanc 2012
Detailed info
Previously mechanically harvested and brought to Chaintré cellars, grapes of the 10-hectare property are now picked by hand, grown according to biodynamic principles, and vinified on-site. Planted in the early 90s, the Chardonnay vines of the cuvee are fermented with indigenous yeasts that are already part of the grapes and never in contact with oak casks. The result is a white wine marked by flavours of linden, almond, butter and white fruits in a round and fresh ensemble.
