    Epicenter of elegance when it comes to rosé wines, the Provencal region is home to some 50 organically-cultivated hectares of the couple Mette and Bengt Sundstrøm. Blending Grenache, Syrah and a portion of Cabernet Sauvignon fermented in large-capacity oak barrels, this cuvée sparkles with a light salmon hue where red and white fruits echo floral and spicy notes. To be served with prawns à la plancha or a Neapolitan pizza.
