COS is three friends who founded a project in 1980: Cilia, Occhipinti and Strano. The Frappato is a grape variety with a strong identity in Sicily, and this estate delivers an absolutely exemplary expression. With its delicious flavours and its explosion of red fruits reminiscent of candied strawberries, we love its tight acidity and its touch of minerality which make it a tasty and thirst-quenching wine.
