André Adriaan Badenhorst, aka "Adi", can be proud of his impressive resume, as he has worked at Château Angélus and with Alain Graillot before acquiring a 60-hectare organic property with his cousin in South Africa. Presenting undeniable charm, this white is mostly made of Chenin Blanc, to which a total of eight varietals are added. It is fermented and aged in oak tuns, minimising woody notes.
