Detailed info
Tradition and innovation come together at this estate, founded in San Román at the turn of the millennial, which produces wines that are both modern and authentic. The estate's success is fast growing - this is one to watch. Harvested grape by grape, the Mencà¬a varietal is fermented with natural yeasts in this cuvee. A combination of French and American oak make up the élevage of four months, followed by a refinement period of six months in bottle. The result is a deep wine where flavours of chocolate, licorice, oak, cherries and blackberry shine in a supple mouth boasting tight tannins.
