    Originating from the Western Cape vineyards, this cuvee combines an élevage in stainless steel vats and a small portion of French casks. Marked by accents of ripe apple, lime and fresh cut herbs, it offers lovely suppleness and tonic acidity. This is a unique New World Chenin that will bring out the best in grilled sardines.
