Jean Rijckaert was linked to Jean-Marie Guffens and Maison Verget until the end of the 1990s before launching his own business spread between two regions: 4 hectares in the mâconnais, 5 in Jura. Now in the hands of Florent Rouve, with the support of the Collovray family, he signs true-to-estate-style cuvee like this Chardonnay age on fine lees. The mouth is round and expressive, recalling the bouquet of lacteous, fruity and floral notes. A fine pairing with cheese or fish in cream sauce.
