Detailed info
In 2006, Fabien Jouves took over the family estate, a property covering over 20 hectares on the Trespoux hillsides, the highest sector in Cahors. Terroir identity is a priority and achieved with parcel selection. A long and natural winemaking process is in place to preserve the fruity character of the wines, a Burgundy approach that can be perceived by the unusual shape of the bottle. "An address that is seriously starting to matter and that is quite beneficial to its appellation". A supple and fruit-forward Cahors dominated by flavours of ripe black fruits, licorice and violet.
