Julien Sunier Beaujolais Gamay Régnié 2020
Detailed info
Discovery of the year for La Revue du Vin de France 2015, Julien Sunier was winemaker to the greats before making his dream come true of having a Gamay estate. At his Domaine des Noisetiers, he gets his inspiration from those who paved the way before him, like Chauvet, Métras, Lapierre and Foillard. Located at the foot of Côte du Py, bordering the Morgon appellation, this Régnié parcel covers little over one hectare and is grown according to organic principles. Enjoy this wine's purity, filled with notes of peony, strawberry, raspberry, dirt and spices in a velvety mouth.
