Umani Ronchi is behind the Jorio, Cùmaro and Medoro brands, well-established in our province. With Vellordoro, the estate is looking to highlight Pecorino, a varietal that almost vanished because of its low yield and replaced by more vigorous yet less qualitative grapes. Planted north of Chieti, it benefits from an environment favourable to its development and expresses, in this cuvee, notes of honey, ripe apple, pear and almond.
