Initially a small family business upon creation in 1978, the estate grew to an international scale of 300 hectares, and is now managed by Marcello Zacagnini, who oversees production and ensures irreproachable quality from grape to glass. The antique Pecorino varietal, recently rediscovered, is named not after the homonymous cheese, but rather the sheep that feed on and adore the precious grape... A lovely discovery.
