Detailed info
The pinnacle of Andalusian fortified wine, sherry is worth discovering. Aged in solera for 15 years (a typical system involving the passage of wine from one row of barrels to another with each new harvest), this "cream" style offers the softness and complexity that once brought the maritime transport of barrels to the Indies, hence its name. A gem to savour with salted nuts and blue cheeses.
