Detailed info
The smallest of the Médoc with its 910 hectares, the Saint-Julien appellation is located between Margaux and Pauillac. For this estate, it offers good balance between the elegance of one, and the strength of the other. Hand harvested, the parcels are produced separately and the élevage is done in French oak casks over a 12-month period (20 to 40% new wood). Still marked by the barrel with notes of cedar, wood and tobacco, this cuvee still offers a solid body and nice freshness.
