Loic Roure continues to amaze us with this very fresh cuvée. The Domaine du Possible also acts as négoce with its " En attendant la pluie " branch, which echoes the years of drought that the south of France has experienced in recent years. But it is all done with the same care. The same grape pickers take care of the harvest, the bunches are vinified from indigenous yeasts and everything is done with a minimum of added sulfur. We fell in love with this flask, which will be served chilled with pork tenderloin or local charcuteries.
