Éric Prissette went through the Bordeaux adventure before starting this project in 2003. Previously the owner of Château Rol Valentinin the Libourais, he is now living his Languedoc dream in Aspiran. From his 18 hectares of vines in Languedoc and Pézenas AOC, he signs this blend made up of mostly Syrah, complete with Carignan and Grenache Noir. Silky best describes the texture of this wine, where shine accents of cherry, cassis and liquorice. A lovely wine that shines a light on all the quality potential of southern France.
