    At this domain located in Franklin, in the Vallée-du-Haut-Saint-Laurent, all the products take root between rock and soil. Naturally concentrated by the winter cold, the apple juice is fermented to obtain a still cider, followed by a maceration that will introduce absinth, mugwort, blessed thistle, camomile and cinnamon. Aged for at least 6 months in large oak casks, this ample and velvety vermouth stands out with its nice balance between sweetness, bitterness and freshness.
