A Syrah wine as we like them! Tasty and spicy, you would think you were sipping a cuvée from the northern Rhône. The bunches were hand harvested in several rounds, in order to pick them at different stages of maturity and thus creating a more complex organoleptic profile for the final product. Scents of blackberry, violet, pepper and black olive are joined by a restrained woodiness. It will shine alongside Mediterranean-style pork or veal chops.
