    Made from old Chardonnay vines harvested south of Côte de Beaune, this cuvée from the Aegerter family benefits from aging in barrels before bottling. Offering volume, freshness and complexity, the palate expresses itself through accents of lemon, beeswax and white flowers, with a vegetal touch. The perfect white to pair with fatty fish or with fried calamari with dill mayonnaise.
