Collina di Dionisio is a company of winemakers determine to bottle the best of the Langhe hills. Aged 26 months in old oak casks of 8 to 10 years, then refined in bottles for 6 months, this Barolo offers a wonderful expression of cherry pie, plum and leather, alongside notes of liquorices, bitumen and dried flowers.
