    This estate, like the Calchaquí Valley, owes a lot to David Michel (Don David), originally from France and pioneer of qualitative viticulture in the region. Paying tribute to him, this cuvée retains woody notes from its 12-month barrel aging, on top of aromas of blackcurrant, cherry and red pepper. Robust enough to accompany roast beef or Lac-Saint-Jean tourtière.
