Paul Ginglinger Pinot Gris Les Prélats 2019
Detailed info
Rooted in Eguisheim since 1610, the Ginglinger family has produced 13 generations of winemakers. Working on a human scale vineyard of 13 organically grown hectares allows it to get a good reading of the various parcels owned. Combining the complexity of the blend, the provenance of Pinot Gris from distinct soils delivers a remarkably precise white. Honeysuckle, honey, white fruits and spicy notes reminiscent of curry contribute to the beauty of this sweet and fresh cuvée.
