Between Tuscany and Umbria, Cosimo Bisiach operates a small 8-hectare estate of organically grown vines. His mother, Fiammetta, fell in love with this property in 1974 and this cuvée is somehow a tribute to her. Intense ruby in colour, it unveils accents of cooked fruits, nutmeg, licorice, plum and cocoa. The palate is supple, structured and heady.
