Lesser known than its neighbors Barolo and Barbaresco, the Roero appellation is set apart by a sandier soil and rich in marine deposits. It is also the home of Arneis, an original grape variety that almost disappeared but is experiencing a comeback. This cuvée has it all: aromatic power, vivacity, as well as a sapid touch of saline minerality and a hint of white pepper. Pure happiness paired to seafood pasta.
