The word " zero dosage " corresponds to a champagne containing less than 3 grams of sugar per liter. Very dry, this rosé from Drappier has great liveliness and an almost fatty texture. The palate reveals beautiful refined bubbles and cherry tartelette, strawberry and white chocolate accents.
