Collioure Blanc Tremadoc 2019
Detailed info
Taken over in 2002 by Pierre Gaillard, the 29-hectare estate benefits from his Rhone savoir-faire. A personal interpretation of the Roussillon terroir, M. Gaillard signs here an blend of Grenache Gris, Vermentino and Roussanne. Aged 7 to 8 months in barrels on lees with 10% new wood, this white offers roundness and a welcomed freshness. Flavours of pear, honey, marzipan and white flowers characterize the palate.
