After studying viticulture and oenology in Beaune, Xavier Weisskopf perfected his art at the Château de Saint Cosme, in the Rhône, before getting his hands on his first vines in Montlouis. With an obvious penchant for authentic wines, he produces this 100% Chenin Blanc cuvée whose profile could not be more expressive. It will be a hit with bites of warm goat cheese with honey.
