Detailed info
From a manual harvest and produced using yeasts naturally present in the environment of the vineyard, this vintage was aged in French oak barrels for a period of 10 to 12 months. Unveiling aromas of plum and raspberry, the wine also exudes tobacco and wood fragrances. Given that the tannins are still firm, it will find its best match with rare red meats.
