    Made from organically grown Syrah vines in the Crozes-Hermitage appellation area, this red benefits from aging in barrels for several passages in order to leave a preponderant place to the fruit. No sulphites were added to this cuvée, which combines beautiful fruity, floral and spicy notes. Fresh and gourmet northern Rhône at its best. On the menu tonight: steak au poivre!
