The term «pirouette» refers to a horse-riding figure but also lends its name to the Château, property of the Roux, a horse-loving family proudly displaying its passion on the estate's wine labels. Located very near the ocean, at the far north end of Médoc, the domain delivers a supple, almost easy-drinking wine releasing notes of cedar, undergrowth and cherry.
