To respect the vine and the wine, such is the motto at Domaine Loew. Grown at low yields on a soil of black marl, this wine is the result of manual harvest. At the cellar, indigenous yeasts and very little sulphur during bottling also contribute to highlighting the terroir purity. Some decanting will magnify the expression of scents of cherry, licorice and a delicate vegetal touch.
