A nod to the 1960's cult movie "Les tontons flingueurs", this wine from south-west of France has beautifully transcended the Negrette, typical varietal of the region. Made under the biodynamic philosophy, very little sulphur was added during bottling. The result is a crisp and easy-drinking wine featuring lovely scents of blackberry, violet, pepper and black olive tapenade.
