Stéphane Murat recently acquired the family land and is continuing his brother's project by extending the estate's area. Featuring the Aligoté varietal, this wine is really beautifully made! Fresh attack on scents of green apple, white flowers and honeydew, all pleasingly accompanied by a mineral touch. A perfect choice as an aperitif, with oysters or cheese fondue! Fun fact: the label is designed by one of our colleagues, Carl Campeau of SAQ Angus.
