Domaine Les Grandes Vignes Pineau d'Aunis 2023
Detailed info
Since the 17th century, the Vaillant family has paid particular attention to work in the vineyard, so far as to obtaining a biodynamic certification. Otherwise known as Chenin Noir, Pineau d’Aunis is an old French grape variety grown mainly in the Loire. At its best when bottled without too much handling, it expresses itself through clear fruity, spicy and floral notes. Its lively and fresh mouth is just right when it's time for sausages and other savory bites.
