A blend of Grillo and Catarratto, emblematic grape varieties of Sicily, the plots dedicated to this vintage are located west of the island, mainly near the port of Marsala. Taking advantage of sea breezes, the fruits are grown at low yields for increased concentration. No synthetic product is used, and the yeasts are indigenous. A few days of skin maceration as well as aging on lees enhance this cuvée, which has a whole story to tell in the glass. Magnificent with Indian tapas or a cheese platter.
