Superb 100% Xarel-lo vintage harvested and sorted by hand to allow a lovely skin maceration. The contact with the skins lasts 4 weeks followed by three months in amphora. Unfiltered and not fined, we obtain an amber yellow color, slightly cloudy. A perfume of stone fruits, beeswax and autumn leaves. The palate is mineral, tight, herbaceous, slightly tannic and a touch spicy.
