Eschenhof Holzer Muller Thurgau Invaders 2023
Detailed info
Crossbred by German Hermann Müller in 1882, the Müller-Thurgau grape variety is particularly suitable for northern or mountainous areas because of the cool climate that prevails there. Essentially vinified in white, it adopts an orange hue at Arnold Holzer, which makes it undergo a skin maceration. Its profile evoking coriander, orange blossom, marmalade and rose is ideal as an accompaniment to Asian or Indian cuisines.
