Offering a drier finish thanks to its “brut nature” mention, this bubbly is born in the Limoux vineyard, from Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir grape varieties. Aged on lees for a minimum period of 12 months, it expresses itself through a fruity, buttery and floral complexity. Superb on its own, it also goes well with a puff pastry of veal sweetbreads or mussels in cream sauce.
