The ancient Champlain Sea covered the land 14,000 years ago, hence the stratum of shells that remains a little over a meter deep in the soil of the vineyard, which has inspired the name of the Domaine's wines. Giving a high limestone content to the terroir, different grape varieties flourish there and with excellent results, as proven by this very pleasant invigorating rosé. A delight with a Nordic shrimp roll.
