Domaine de Puech Redon Apparente 2023
Detailed info
Born in the midst of a biodiversity of vines, cereals, garrigue and forest, Cyril Cuche still lives on this 400-hectare estate in the Gard region of France. Supported by Eric Texier, he makes his wines naturally, using indigenous yeasts and without added sulphur. In this rosé, a majority of Cinsault is blended with Syrah to produce a wine bursting with fruit and freshness. It's difficult to imagine a better aperitif accompanied by a beet salad.
