Domaine Grégoire Hoppenot Fleurie Origines 2023
Detailed info
A tribute to the first parcels of vine that the Hoppenot family cultivated in its early days, in the heart of the Fleurie appellation, one of the ten Beaujolais crus and among the most famous. Known for producing elegant wines, Fleurie extends over granite soils at altitude, which give Gamay finesse and freshness. This wine perfectly illustrates this identity: A bright, complex and well-balanced red, vinified in part in whole bunches and the use of casks of different formats adding structure and complexity. Enjoy it slightly chilled with grilled poultry, pork tenderloin with mustard and herbs, or simply with a charcuterie board and your dearest friends.
