On the Villié-Morgon side, in the heart of the Beaujolais vineyards, the Thévenet family benefits from a remarkable wine heritage. Made from indigenous yeasts, with a minimum of sulfur and bottled without filtration, this red is a photo without makeup of the Gamay grape variety. Blackcurrant, cherry, strawberry, floral and mineral notes characterize the flavours of this cuvée that will highlight a beef tartare or eggplant parmigiana.
