Domaine Frédéric Brouca Champs Pentus Faugères 2021
Detailed info
“Frédéric Brouca is a thoughtful natural wine producer crafting reds of precision and depth. The “Champs Pentus” cuvée is made from old vine Grenache, Mourvèdre, and Syrah grown on the schist slopes of Faugères in southern France. Very expressive on the nose, with layers of macerated cherry, blackberry, lavender, and savoury undertones. The palate is velvety in texture, with moderate concentration, and fine, broad tannins. Chill slightly and decant for half an hour before serving for maximum enjoyment.”
