Meticulous in the cellar, little interventionist and relying heavily on his intuition, Pierre Naigeon started his own business in 1996 with only one hectare of vines. With currently more than a ten cultivated biodynamically, here he offers you an ample and generous version of the Aligoté grape variety. Closer to a Chardonnay in the approach, it is expressed through accents of almond, peach and pear, all complemented by milky notes. Perfect alongside an amandine trout or a salmon burger.
