Estate owner in the Loire, Thierry Delauney is a great lover of Sauvignon Blanc, which can notably be found in Touraine and Sancerre. In order to produce an accessible cuvée with it, he assembles said grape variety from different French terroirs, which gives it a dose of originality without moving away from its varietal typicity. Very pleasant for the price, this wine will be great alongside pasta with seafood and lemon zest, or with fresh goat cheese.
