Envinate Benje Red 2024

"Envinate", which could be translated as "wine yourself", is the project of 4 friends who studied oenology together in Alicante and decided to start their own business after graduation. The main objective? To make distinctive terroirs that are influenced by the Atlantic Ocean shine. Their creations come from both the Ribera Sacra and, as here, the Canary Islands. The grapes are always grown without synthetic products and fermented with indigenous yeasts. The grapes are also kept more or less in whole clusters during the vinification process in order to properly dose the structure of the wine to come. Let yourself be seduced by the spicy touch offered by the listan noir grape variety, taking care to have chilled the bottle beforehand. Superb with a few slices of Lyon rosette or with grilled chicken marinated in olive oil and fine herbs.
