After coming from Tunisia to study oenology in Tarragona, Moez spent twenty years in the wine industry before launching his first wine. With its magnificent color coming from skin contact Macabeo, this orange wine offers a delicate and light profile where the scents of orange blossom, tangerine, peach stone and white pepper form a seductive bouquet. Taken out of the fridge about 20 minutes before serving, it is at its best with pork or chicken dumplings or shrimp pad thai.
